Initial Staffing Plans

All members of the Cyber Bytes Foundation team will have their roles and salaries protected.

When IMFI has achieved financial sustainability, these salaries will be revisited.

The three additional members of the leadership team will begin on a fractional basis, accruing a 1099 retainer of $15,000 per month. Upon sufficient funding, their 1099 status will convert to full-time salaries of $250,000 per year.

When IMFI has achieved financial sustainability, these salaries will be revisited.

When the capital accounts are sufficient to carry additional costs, an expanded staffing plan will be submitted to the Board.

Jason Gayl and Brandon Friedman will be available to IFMI on a full-time basis immediately, with the understanding that Venture Management also supports NobleReach Foundation, 4thWAIV and These Droids Podcast.

When Venture Management's fees are being paid in full, Venture Management will transition the NobleReach engagement to IFMI.
