Internal IT Requirements for Mission Innovation (Licensed from Venture Management)

AI-Data Capture

Venture Management identified the 250+ fields required to be able to sort all stakeholders (people and organizations), as well as all capabilities (research projects, service offerings, intellectual property, solutions). We designed an Agentic AI platform that we call "Spark" to crawl and capture the 5,000,000 people, and similarly sized capabilities and organizations.

We would like to host this on a secure self-contained box that has a managed disaster recovery service on top, as we anticipate events that could corrupt the data.

Criteria & Candidate Matching

Every campaign requires a detailed criteria in order to target the right people. We need a CRM that can store the volumes of data and a reporting functionality that will port into our outreach enging.

We want our users to be able to see a QR code and go to a specific landing page in our portal. If it is the audience member's first time, we want them to register with their LinkedIn profile.

We want to put surveys in front of our audiences, import the captured information from the AI-Data Capture, and be able to update our CRM. We want them to get an AI developed profile that makes it quick for them to review their profile and preferences, and then elect to make this public or private.

From there, our aim is to only show them content that is relevant for their preferences. This will include access to a knowledge management system where they can access all relevant free webinars, and pay for premium content.

We also want to be able to manage the ticketing for the in-person events through the same portal and allow them to manage their ecommerce account.

We imagine three user types - the super administrator, the client, and the member. We want to be able to attribute the user to the client.

Once the outputs of the Criteria and Candidate Matching have been reviewed and approved by us, we will send to our clients. Similarly, we want to be able to take in our clients internal and user directories. Lastly, we want to be able to share content with our clients for their communications teams' approvals.

Content Creation and AI Visibility Platform

We must create massive quantities of content for our various stakeholders. Often it requires taking the same content and modifying to match the intended audience persona. This includes video editing software, image generation and editing software,

We are working with Gina Malek and license Citagen, her AI Visibility platform. It makes topic cards and then can easily be posted to LinkedIn and placed where the AI engines capture.

Multi-channel Distribution

We envision distributing high volumes of email notifications, maybe daily to each of our members. In these, we want to make sure we are only sending the relevant people the relevant data. Ideally we'd like to put partnership opportunities, content and events in this daily digest. We anticipate people will read it religiously if the opportunities are laser focused to their preferences.

We also like to post content to people's LinkedIn inbox, but LinkedIn makes this difficult.
